Monthly PLANNING AND Commission Meeting

• Meeting schedule subject to change.
• Planning Meetings are held once a month, prior to the Commission “Regular” Meeting, first Monday of each month at 6:00 P.M.
• Commission “Regular” Meetings are held once a month, the second Sunday of each month at 10:00 A.M.

SPECIAL MeetingS

• Special Meetings will be held quarterly. 
• Special Meetings will begin promptly at 10:00 A.M.

Procedures and Requirements to add agenda items to the monthly commission meeting

1. Submit in writing requesting to be added to agenda, submit any resolutions or purpose at the Planning Meeting.
2. Request must be received in the Administration office no later than Friday before the Meeting.
3. Administration will inform you on Monday before 5:00 P.M. if your item is added to the meeting agenda.
